- Once your order is placed, packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking and signature confirmation to the confirmed billing address in Paypal.
- Delivery normally takes 2-3 days for Domestic orders and 5-7 days for International Orders.
- Products from Nike and Vans are unable to be shipped outside of the United States per our merchant agreement with each respective company. Orders placed to international addresses will be cancelled in accordance with this policy.
- Our policy lasts 7 days after delivery of your online order.
- ***Please note that there are no refunds, no returns, no exchanges, no order cancellations on all Launch Product***
- To be eligible for a return, you must first contact us via email at email@example.com with your online order number in the subject line.
- Your item(s) must be in the original, unused, unwashed condition along with all the original packaging, accessories, labels, and tags.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or no refund will be granted (if applicable) such as:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after online order delivery.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation email will be sent to your provided email at checkout.
- Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are ALL SALES FINAL.
- Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping fee towards your shipping address will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
